About The Role
Reporting to the Workforce Management Manager, the Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimising Healius' UKG Pro (Kronos WFD) workforce management platform. Through system administration, workforce analytics and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll help ensure our workforce management systems effectively support business operations and workforce planning requirements.
Key responsibilities:

Support the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of the UKG Pro (Kronos WFD) platform

Provide system support, troubleshooting and guidance to users across the business

Conduct testing for system upgrades, patches and enhancements

Maintain workforce data integrity through regular audits of employee and organisational data

Analyse workforce trends, including attendance, absenteeism and scheduling metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Develop workforce reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making

Support workforce planning and forecasting activities based on business needs

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workforce management processes, system functionality and user experience

Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials and user guides

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workforce management efficiency and compliance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have hands-on experience using UKG Pro (Kronos) and an analytical, solutions-focused approach. You enjoy working with systems and data, collaborating with stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve workforce management outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience

Ideally 2+ years' experience managing and supporting UKG Pro (Kronos WFC/WFD)

Understanding of workforce management processes and best practice

UKG Pro or Kronos certification highly regarded

Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of HRIS platforms

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
