Coffee Parts is a Sydney-based supplier of coffee equipment and parts. We run a growing online business across several connected web storefronts, along with a suite of internal systems, and we are looking for a full-time Software Developer to build and maintain the applications that keep it all running.
About the role
You will design, build and maintain custom business applications and e-commerce integrations, turning business requirements into working, well-tested software.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal business applications (order processing, back-order management, invoice reconciliation).
- Develop and maintain integrations that synchronise our Magento and Shopify platforms (APIs, data sync).
- Design and manage databases; build data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Build internal decision tools used for commercial decisions.
- Test, debug, document and maintain applications across the development lifecycle.
Skills and experience
- Degree in IT, software/computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience building and maintaining business or web applications and integrations.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL; experience with APIs and databases.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento) and cloud (such as Google Cloud) is highly regarded.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
