Description:
The Role:
We're looking for an Experienced Brewer to join our production team at our Palmyra facility and help us keep making beer worth drinking. This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll have hands-on ownership of the full brewing process , from mash through to fermentation and packaged product. You'll work alongside a team that takes the craft seriously, with the resources of a growing, multi-brand drinks company behind you.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Oversee brewing operations from mashing through to fermentation, ensuring quality and consistency
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment to the highest standards of performance and safety
- Collaborate with the production team on recipe development and product innovation
- Monitor and manage fermentation, carbonation, and filtration processes
- Conduct quality control testing and analysis throughout production
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory data, and quality assurance documentation
Skills and Experiences:
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Brewer in a commercial brewing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of brewing processes, equipment operation, and recipe formulation
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety regulations in a production setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail in record-keeping and quality management
