About this opportunity
In this varied role, you'll use your administrative expertise, customer service skills, and attention to detail to coordinate records, financial processes, procurement activities, and project support across a busy and rewarding work environment.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for:
- collating of DRFA (Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements) photo reports
- processing of financial reconciliation including invoice, timesheet, goods receipting processing
- general administrative support as directed including record and data management and procurement support.
- demonstrating strong communication, time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- providing excellent internal and external customer service.
What will you bring
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Raise purchase orders and process goods receipting including assisting in the management of invoices as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of reviewing RFT/Q’s including contract preparation and signing process.
- Strong communication, time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in monthly processing of timesheets.
- General administrative support as directed including record and data management and procurement support.
