- A solid understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
We would also love you to have:
- Experience coordinating or scheduling field-based teams in a maintenance, horticulture or similar operational environment.
- Experience preparing scopes of work and assisting with quotes for maintenance, gardening or landscaping projects.
- Confidence using digital systems such as scheduling platforms, mobile workforce tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in housing, retirement living or community-focused environments.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs.
