A highly regarded Australian womenswear brand is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their growing team. Known for its relaxed yet refined aesthetic, the brand delivers collections grounded in timeless silhouettes, elevated detailing, and premium natural fabrics.
The Role
Reporting into the Production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of collections from development through to bulk production.
Some Duties:
- Coordinating production timelines across multiple styles and categories
- Managing communication with offshore suppliers and manufacturers
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders, tracking critical paths, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Supporting fittings, sampling, and approvals alongside design and technical teams
- Monitoring production progress, resolving issues, and escalating risks where needed
- Maintaining accurate data across systems and ensuring documentation is up to date
About You
- Previous experience in a production, production coordination within fashion
- Strong understanding of garment production lifecycle and critical path management
- Experience working with offshore suppliers (China/India/SEA preferred)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and suppliers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
