About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Bid and Sales Administrator to join our team, reporting directly to the Principal Solutions Manager.
In this role, you will provide critical administrative, workflow, and operational support across our Bids & Tenders and broader Solutions functions. You will play a key role in ensuring our sales pipelines, tender submissions, and proposal collateral are accurate, polished, compliant with ISO:9001 frameworks, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in compiling, formatting, and preparing tender submissions, proposal documents, and standard schedules.
- Maintain and continuously update our tender library, including standard templates, capability statements, project references, and commercial documentation.
- Manage accurate data entry within our CRM (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), maintaining sales opportunity tracking, file registers, and pipeline updates.
- Oversee document version control, manage electronic filing/SharePoint registers, and coordinate client clarification administration and portal uploads.
- Route incoming sales/tender inquiries, organize team meetings, and prepare routine sales presentation materials.
Skills & Experience Required

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of hands-on administrative, sales support, or bid coordination experience—ideally within engineering, industrial, or professional services sectors.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar, spelling, and document formatting capabilities.
- High attention to detail with proven ability to manage strict deadlines and multiple priorities accurately.
