We’re looking for a confident, organised Sales Associate who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and being at the centre of the action.
This is a hands-on role supporting a high-performing agent, with daily communication across buyers, sellers, solicitors, and suppliers. You’ll be on the phone, managing conversations, following up enquiries, coordinating moving parts — and learning what it truly takes to run a successful real estate business.
We’re a fast-growing, independent real estate business built on performance, structure, and genuine client care. As we expand across the South West regions, we’re investing in people who want to grow with us — not just fill a role.
We build careers, not job titles.
Why You’ll Love It Here
- Work directly with a high-achieving agent and learn the business from the inside.
- Be part of a supportive, driven team where mentorship, accountability, and growth are part of everyday culture.
- Real career progression in a business that is actively expanding.
- A workplace that balances high standards with strong support, systems with autonomy, and ambition with opportunity.
- Join a brand known for professionalism, strong marketing, and results that speak for themselves.
What You’ll Do
- Be a key point of contact across active sales campaigns.
- Speak daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, conveyancers, photographers, trades, and suppliers.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up enquiries, and keep all parties informed.
- Support your agent across all stages of the sales process, from pre-listing through to settlement.
- Attend appointments including appraisals, photography sessions, inspections, and buyer meetings.
- Assist with open homes and private inspections.
- Coordinate pre-settlement inspections and settlement handovers.
- Ensure campaigns, documentation, and client experiences run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Bring
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of people.
- Experience in a sales associate, real estate, or client-facing support role preferred.
- NSW Drivers License
- Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
- A strong desire to learn, take direction, and build a long-term career in real estate.
- High attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation, positive attitude, and pride in your work.
