CMI Toyota is looking for the next Pre-Delivery Centre Manager for our team at Regency Park. Your new role
In your new role as Pre-Delivery Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Overall leadership of our busy Regency Park Pre-Delivery Centre
- Providing guidance to workshop managers as well as management of a dedicated admin team
- Setting goals, KPIs and budgets, overseeing successful completion of these
- Running weekly toolbox meetings, ensuring a focus on safety and quality
- Liaising and collaborating with other internal departments, eg. Sales and Service
- Proactively advocating for positive culture and a safety-first environment
Most importantly, you’ll become an important part of a broader Service leadership team where quality, safety and teamwork matter.
About you
In this role, you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated leadership experience within an automotive workshop environment
- A true focus on culture, guiding and mentoring the people that make a business
- Strong commercial acumen with an ability to budget, delegate and set goals/priorities
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- A keen eye for detail, with strength in proactively identifying continuous process improvement
