As Assistant Venue Manager, you will support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of a busy, multi-faceted venue. You will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, driving service standards and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Venue Manager in overall venue operations
Lead, mentor and motivate front-of-house teams
Drive outstanding guest experience and service standards
Assist with rostering, labour control and wage management
Oversee compliance, safety and operational procedures
Support stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
Assist in driving revenue, efficiency and team performance
Step up and lead the venue in the absence of senior management
About You
Previous experience in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Venue Manager role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong understanding of FOH operations, service standards and compliance
Confident with rostering systems, wage control and venue reporting
A hands-on leader who thrives in busy, high-energy environments
Passion for hospitality and developing high-performing teams
