Your new role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll provide expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment and care for patients across intensive care and acute inpatient settings. Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, you'll manage complex clinical caseloads, support quality improvement and research initiatives, mentor junior clinicians and students, and help drive innovative, patient-centred physiotherapy services that achieve exceptional health outcomes.
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care while supporting clinical excellence and team development. You will have:
Demonstrated expertise delivering high-quality physiotherapy services in intensive care and acute inpatient settings.
Strong clinical judgement with the ability to prioritise complex caseloads and make informed decisions independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, building effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and with patients and families.
Proven ability to mentor, supervise and support junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
Commitment to continuous improvement through quality initiatives, research, education and evidence-based practice.
