About the Role
Every day is different, but every shift makes a real difference.
You'll support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care and mobility assistance
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Community access and transport to appointments
- Emotional support and meaningful engagement
- Encouraging independence while supporting clients to achieve their personal goals
About You
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing exceptional care.
To be successful you'll have:
- A qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support or Nursing
- Previous experience in home care, aged care or disability support (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
