At Acacia Connection, we’re more than just an Employee Assistance Provider — we’re a passionate, purpose-driven team changing lives every day. Our mission is simple but powerful: to support the mental health and wellbeing of thousands of employees and their families across Australia through exceptional, compassionate care.

We’re currently on the lookout for experienced Psychologists and Social Workers to join us in Ballarat and the central highlands region in hybrid roles – combining in-office, onsite at customer locations, and work-from-home flexibility.
