Details: Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably experienced and qualified people to undertake the role of Senior Director, Governance and Salary Packaging Finance within Shared Services Finance.
The successful applicant will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for financial governance, performance reporting, salary packaging finance, taxation support, risk management, business continuity planning, audit coordination and WHS governance. The role will provide strategic leadership across Shared Services Finance, driving service improvement initiatives, strengthening governance and compliance frameworks, supporting taxation and salary packaging services, and building effective relationships with ACT Government directorates, agencies and external stakeholders.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in financial governance, project and business improvement delivery, risk and compliance management, and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Highly developed leadership, communication and analytical skills, together with the ability to influence outcomes and lead high-performing teams in a complex environment, are also required.
