We are now seeking Casual Frozen Yogurt Team Members for our upcoming location at YOMG Coolangatta!
We are on the lookout for our next frozen yogurt superstars, passionate about self-serve frozen yogurt and customer service. As a Frozen Yogurt Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer experience, store cleanliness, and product quality, while leading a positive and fun team working environment. You will have in-depth knowledge of the YOMG products and ingredients to enhance the YOMG customer service.
Applicants to this role, must be:
- available to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends,
- skilled at problem solving, and being solution centric,
- a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, passionate about self-serve frozen yogurt,
- able to work well in a team environment,
- trustworthy with glowing references,
- a great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills,
- willing to learn and excel.
