About the role:
As a Pre-Owned Sales Executive at CSA, you will have the opportunity to work with an incredible selection of high-quality volume & luxury vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our inventory, including the features and benefits of each vehicle
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle options that align with the customer's desires
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with suitable financing options
- Maintain a customer database and follow up with potential leads to drive repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings
Skills and Experiences:
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in the premium segment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
