In this role, you will lead Indigenous employment initiatives that shape outcomes across the University.
You will build programs, partnerships and capability that strengthen recruitment, retention and leadership for Indigenous staff, with scope to broaden your impact over time.
Monitor performance, manage risks, and provide high-quality reports, briefings and insights to inform strategy.

Korin Korin focuses on attracting, supporting and growing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and leadership. You will collaborate with faculties, HR and Chancellery, in a values-driven team committed to culturally safe, inclusive, high-impact change.
