ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of our in-house Design Team, you’ll work client-side across the full project lifecycle, supporting the team in delivering high‑quality interior design outcomes across all project stages, from concept through to site delivery. You’ll join a passionate, collaborative and experienced team that blends creativity with commercial insight to deliver thoughtful, high-quality spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Design Team in delivering high‑quality interior design outcomes across all project stages, from concept through to site delivery
- Coordinate and manage interior design scopes for assigned projects in collaboration with the Design Manager and Project Teams
- Review and assess interior drawings, unit layouts, joinery, consultant documentation, and specifications to ensure functionality, compliance, and alignment with design standards
- Develop and present cohesive interior concepts, including finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, artwork, signage, and styling
- Ensure all design selections meet brand, quality, performance, and budget requirements
- Contribute to marketing phases, including render reviews and styling for photography and award submissions
- Manage FF&E packages, including quoting, procurement, delivery, and installation
- Support site delivery through inspections, RFIs, and resolution of design issues
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across development, construction, sales, marketing, and customer care
- Assist in maintaining design guidelines, preferred product specifications, and the interior sample library
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Ideally 3-5 years post-graduation work experience in multi-residential sector
- Bachelor of Interior Design or Diploma of Interior Design
- Demonstrated experience across concept, design development, documentation and site delivery
- Strong creative eye with high attention to detail and materiality
- Highly organised, agile and able to prioritise and re-prioritise across multiple projects
- Able to work autonomously with accountability and obtaining director sign-off as required
- Strong product knowledge with well-established industry and supplier relationships
