Male Disability Support Worker – Geelong
We are currently seeking an experienced Male Disability Support Worker to join our team, supporting a participant in the Geelong area.
This role involves supporting a participant with complex support needs, so we are looking for someone who is confident, calm, physically capable, and experienced working in more challenging support environments.
Experience working with participants with complex behaviours, mental health, forensic backgrounds, youth justice, corrections, security, or similar settings is highly desirable.

- Calm, patient, and able to remain professional in challenging situations
- Physically fit and capable of assisting with manual tasks where required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach to support
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current National Police Check (recent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- 100 Points of Identification
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Infection Control Training Certificate
- Support Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module Certificate
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
