We are a well-established supplier in the underlay industry, seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves local deliveries between factories, warehouses, and retail stores, along with hands-on warehouse duties including loading and handling carpet underlay and related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck and/or small truck for deliveries across Melbourne
- Load and unload carpet underlay and other various items
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and team members
Requirements
- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence (essential)
- Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
- Previous experience in delivery driving or warehouse work (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
