The Fabrication Company is a growing Australian-owned metal fabrication business specialising in high-end architectural metalwork across commercial, multi-residential and residential projects throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Installer to join our team installing a wide range of architectural metalwork including:
- Balustrades
- Handrails
- Screening
- Feature facades
- Gates & entry structures
- Pergolas & awnings
- Custom architectural metalwork
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well within a team environment, and is capable of working on active construction sites safely and efficiently.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Installing architectural metalwork on-site
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans
- Preparing materials and tools for upcoming installs
- Ensuring installations are completed safely and to a high standard
- Working closely with the factory and project management team
- Maintaining clean and organised work vehicles and equipment
- Representing The Fabrication Company professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience installing metalwork, balustrades, screening or similar construction products
- Ability to read shop drawings and use measuring equipment accurately
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Driver’s Licence (essential)
- EWP, Working at Heights, Forklift, HR licence or trade qualifications highly regarded

Experience:
- installing architectural metalwork: 3 years (Required)
Licence/Certification:
- Manual drivers licence (Required)
- EWP Ticket (Preferred)
- Basic Rigging Ticket (Preferred)
