Bondi Liquor Co is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advertising & Customer Experience Manager for an immediate commencement. This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Darlinghurst, NSW, requiring 38 hours of work per week.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary plus superannuation and will be responsible for driving our advertising, customer engagement, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting business growth initiatives across the organisation.
The Opportunity
As Advertising & Customer Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing advertising campaigns that are in line with our customer growth strategies across the entire customer journey. From first discovery through to repeat purchases, venue visitation, event attendance, membership and advocacy.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to understand business priorities, identify growth opportunities, and create customer experiences that strengthen our brand while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
This role combines strategic planning, customer experience design, CRM strategy, loyalty development, digital marketing, advertising, and commercial thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Growth Strategy
● Develop and implement customer growth strategies across retail, hospitality, events, eCommerce and wholesale channels.
● Identify customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value opportunities.
● Create strategic plans that align customer experience initiatives with business growth objectives.
● Translate customer insights into actionable business and marketing strategies.
Advertising Campaign Planning & Execution
● Plan and execute integrated advertising and promotional campaigns across retail, hospitality, events, eCommerce and wholesale channels
● Develop advertising concepts, campaign themes and promotional messaging aligned with brand guidelines
● Translate customer and market insights into advertising campaign ideas and promotional communications
● Support the coordination and rollout of advertising campaigns to achieve marketing and promotional objectives
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
● Monitor and report on advertising campaign performance including engagement and response metrics
● Analyse campaign results to identify opportunities to improve advertising reach and effectiveness
● Prepare summaries of advertising activity and campaign outcomes for internal reporting
● Support adjustments to advertising campaigns based on performance insights
Digital Advertising Delivery
● Execute digital advertising campaigns across owned channels including email, SMS and social platforms
● Schedule and deploy advertising communications in line with campaign timelines and promotional calendars
● Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to produce and deliver advertising assets
● Maintain consistency of advertising content across all customer-facing communication channels
Customer Insights & Analytics
● Analyse customer behaviour, sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
● Use data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation.
● Establish reporting frameworks and KPIs across acquisition, retention, customer lifetime value and venue performance.
● Translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
About You
● 5+ years experience in advertising, customer strategy, growth marketing, brand strategy or customer experience roles.
● Proven experience developing running advertising strategies, customer acquisition and retention strategies.
● Strong understanding of CRM platforms (HS preferred), customer segmentation and marketing automation.
● Experience building loyalty, membership or subscription programs.
● Ability to analyse customer data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Experience within hospitality, food & beverage, spirits, or tourism
● Experience working with loyalty platforms and customer data platforms.
● Understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer growth strategies.
● Familiarity with venue, tourism or experiential marketing environments.
Pay: $81,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
