Concrete Finisher – Concrete Remediation

Everlast Coatings is growing, and we’re looking for someone hands-on, reliable and proud of their work to join our team.
The role will involve concrete patching, remediation, joint sealing, crack repairs and concrete finishing across commercial and industrial sites.
Concrete experience is preferred, but not essential. If you have a trade background, a good attitude and are keen to learn, we’re happy to train the right person.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has concreting experience or a relevant trade background
- Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail
- Is reliable and works well in a small team
- Is happy to get stuck in and learn new skills
- Is comfortable working on different sites and outdoors
You’ll need:
- White Card
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Your own reliable transport
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to pass site inductions and meet site requirements
Experience with concrete remediation, joint sealing or industrial work is a bonus, but not essential.
