We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Sneaky's Restaurant in Angle Vale.
For 12 years we have been a successful Italian Restaurant with an outstanding local reputation for our food and hospitable service.
Position requirement:
- Minimum 1 year experience with hand stretch dough and wood fired pizza oven.
- Making dough to our recipe.
- Preparing measured dough balls.
- The ability to work well independently or with team in a fast paced environment.
- Food handling accreditation
- Maintaining OH&S standards
- Be available to work Wednesday to Sunday, split shifts.
Duties:
- Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are to the highest quality at all times.
- Setting up and packing down before and after service.
- High standards of cleanliness, punctuality and organization.
- Liaising with chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Passion for food and pizza making.
