You will be confident on the coffee machine with a demonstrated ability in making great coffee in a high volume environment.
- Must be confident working independently on the coffee machine
- Able to remain fast, organized and consistent during busy service periods
- Confident with latte art
- Friendly and confident with strong customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support all areas of the cafe
- Well-presented
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must be available for weekdays and occasional weekends
- Long-term availability preferred.
- Must have valid Australian working rights
