We are seeking a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Gynecology clinic in Subiaco. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about women's health and patient care.
Position Details:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule:
- Full-time onsite: Tuesdays & Fridays
- Remote (2 hrs/day): Other weekdays for phone support and patient bookings
- Location: Subiaco, WA
- Partking : Free onsite parking
Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception and patient coordination
- Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
- Supporting clinical workflow and documentation
- Liaising with patients, providers, and allied health professionals
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Clinic to Cloud software (or similar)
- Prior work in medical administration or reception
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
