We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Townsville team on a full-time. Reporting to the ANZ Internal Sales Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Through proactive relationship management, accurate administration, and close collaboration with internal teams, you will help drive customer satisfaction, order conversion, and business growth.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities, delivering professional and timely support throughout the customer journey.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience and identifying opportunities to grow business.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up opportunities to maximise order conversion and sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements and support successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer, quote, and opportunity information within Salesforce, QAD, and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical information and drawings.
- Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Industry experience in steel fabrication, construction, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
