About the Role
Join the Reomart WA team and be part of a supportive, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. This is a back-to-basics role combining data entry with phone-based customer service. You’ll help process purchase orders, support clients, and keep the team running smoothly.
We offer comprehensive product and program training, so no prior industry experience is necessary. Many of our team members have transitioned from a variety of backgrounds and are excelling in this role.
We value diverse experience and welcome candidates from outside the industry.
What You’ll Do

Accurately type and process purchase orders into our system

Provide friendly phone-based support and take phone orders to clients

Assist with internal administration tasks such as filing, chasing old quotes, and general team support

Work collaboratively within a close-knit team of six, supporting each other to meet daily targets
