About the role
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures over the telephone, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. We are looking for a Two Medical Receptionists to join the team at Currambine on a Temporary Part Time basis.

These positions are Temporary Part Time as below:
Position 1:
3 days a week, working 7.5 hours per day on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Position 2:
4 days a week, working:
WK 1: Monday 7.5hrs, Tuesday 5hrs, Thursday 7.5hrs & Friday 7.5hrs
WK2: Monday 7.5hrs, Tuesday 5hrs, Thursday 7.5hrs & Friday 5hrs
Flexibility of weekday hours is required as per the operational requirements of the branch. There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours and work additional hours for leave coverage as necessary.
