Cable Jointing Supplies is seeking a motivated Internal Sales/Office person with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail and good data entry skills. This is a full-time varied role providing sales support, administration and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer the phones and greet visitors professionally
- Process customer orders, quotes and some purchase orders promptly
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen consumables and filing systems
- Promptly respond to emails (tech savvy).
- Proven experience in a similar Internal Sales/Office role. Electrical knowledge preferred but not essential. Multi-tasker - prioritise meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Minimum accurate typing speed 45 WPM. Must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
