Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Music Teacher based in Melton, VIC. The Music Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured music lessons, teaching a variety of musical concepts, and guiding students in their exploration of different instruments. The role involves instructing in music theory, performance techniques, and helping students develop their skills and passion for music. The teacher will also create lesson plans and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students of all ages and skill levels.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Music Theory and Music Education
- Strong skills in Music Performance and experience in guiding students' practice
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varying student needs and skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning atmosphere
- A qualification or certification in Music or a related field is preferred
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage
Job Type: Subcontract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $29.00 – $35.00 per hour
