JOB 1:
Licensed Trades Wanted – International Project | Attractive hourly rate | China Travel (1–4 Months)
We are calling for Expressions of Interest from experienced and licensed tradespeople to join a unique international inspection project.
This is a good opportunity to travel to a city in Southern China and work on a large-scale modular housing project for installation in South Australia.
The roles require the ability to review on Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and certify compliance (eCOC). Travel to China is expected twice between June and October this year.
Trades Required:
· Licensed Sprinkler Fitters
· Waterproofing Applicators / Waterproofing Trades (qualified or experienced)
· HVAC Technicians / Air Conditioning Mechanics (Refrigeration Licence preferred)
· Data / Communications Cablers (ACMA registered preferred)

Your Role:
· Inspection of various trade scopes within modular units in manufacturing site.
· Establish the scope of work for the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) based on the modular units
· Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards (AS codes).
· review and certify compliance (eCOC)
What You’ll Need:
· Current Australian trade licence (essential)
· Solid industry experience (at least post licence 2-year experience, inspection/QA experience highly regarded)
· Good understanding of Australian Standards
· Ability to travel overseas for the duration of the project
· Relevant licences and certifications must be provided
· Strong logical and reporting skills
JOB 2:
We are recruiting Painters for SINO - Cape Preston 2/1 roster.

- HRWL (EWP + LF)
- Working at Heights & Confined Space & Gas Test
JOB 3:
We are recruiting Mechanical Supervisors for Karara site 2/1 roster.
Requirements:
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Trade Certificate
- S26 (BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414 )
- Pass DEMIRS exam
