WhatYoullDo
- Lead teams to deliver continuous, high-quality outcomes with a strong focus on customer value and efficient workflow.
- Coach teams inAgile practices to improve maturity, resilience, and overall performance.
- Manage people responsibilities, including development, performance, and day-to-day leadership.
- Ensure transparency by providing visibility ofdelivery progress to key milestonesandmaintaindelivery flight plans.
- Remove roadblocks using technical and functionalexpertise, whileidentifyingand escalatingdeliveryrisks.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and support planning withaccurateestimates and resource inputs.
- Build high-performing teams by fostering continuous improvement, supporting decision-making, and minimizing distractions.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align delivery with strategy.
- Collaborate with Iteration managers to plan delivery,manage demand,capacityand resourcing.
- Contribute to quarterly planning processes.
- Through adherencetoengineering standards and release governance ensure platform reliability and performance.
This is a permanent role and offers a flexible hybrid work modelideally based inNaarm(Melbourne), Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).

- Strong involvement in Agile communitiesincluding deliveryexpertisevia the practical application of Agile principles.
- Strongexperience collaborating with partners and suppliers.
- Skilled in workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managing multiple teams under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven people leadership with experience building high-performing, collaborative teams and mentoringAgile practices.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software development lifecycle, with the ability to apply it inAgile environments.
- A continuous improvement mindsetusing data to drive anddemonstrateefficiency gains.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., Scrum Master/Project Manager/Scaled Agile) with at least 5 years hands-on experience in aDeliveryand PeopleLeadershiprole.
