The Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to inspire and lead our Willow Studio, caring for children aged birth to 12 months. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate early childhood professional who genuinely enjoys nurturing the development, curiosity and wellbeing of our youngest learners.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced educator who has a strong understanding of infant development and feels confident creating a warm, responsive and engaging environment where babies feel secure, valued and supported. You will have a passion for building strong relationships with children and families, providing meaningful learning experiences, and leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
As the Lead Educator of Willow Studio, you will play a key role in shaping the daily experiences of our babies, supporting their individual needs, interests and developmental milestones. You will be someone who brings creativity, patience and a nurturing approach, while also having the confidence to guide and mentor your team in creating an exceptional early learning environment.

Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood (or studying)
