Part-Time Property Management Assistant | Leasing Associate

Box Property Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Property Management Assistant and Leasing Associate to support our growing team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to gain real experience in property management while working within a fast-paced, professional environment, with a mix of field work and work-from-home flexibility.
Working Days
- Tuesday to Saturday (aligned with inspections and home opens)
- Flexible hours within these days depending on workload
- 20-25 Hrs Per week
The Role
You will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including:
- Conducting home opens
- Assisting with tenant application processing
- Carrying out and writing up routine inspections
- Completing Property Condition Reports (PCRs) using advanced easy to use technology
- Assisting to Conduct final bond inspections
- General administrative and operational support
- Data entry
About You
- Professional presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Comfortable dealing with tenants, owners, and contractors
- Able to manage a mix of on-site and remote work responsibilities
- Tech-savvy and confident using Apple iPhone systems and apps
- High attention to detail, well organised, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take on constructive feedback
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence essential
- Current Police Clearance or ability to obtain prior to employment commencement
- Ability to cope in a fast paced environment and think on your feet
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 6mths Experience in property management industry
- Real estate registration preferred but not essential or willingness to obtain
- A strong willingness to learn and develop within the industry
- Microsoft office 360 experience is essential
