Important: This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. No fixed salary or hourly wage is provided. Earnings are based on individual performance, activity, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom consultations with prospective clients
- Manage and follow up enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Provide information and guidance to individuals exploring professional development programs
- Maintain accurate records and communication using online systems
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work independently while managing daily priorities and objectives
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, leadership, customer service, or another professional client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organised, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Confident using Zoom, online platforms, and digital communication tools
- Interested in continuous learning and professional development
