General Construction Labourer – Immediate Start
Location: Sunshine, VIC
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm + Overtime Available

About the Role
B&B Nexus is currently seeking hardworking and reliable General Construction Labourers for an immediate start with one of our valued clients.
This is a physically demanding outdoor role working on commercial projects across Melbourne, installing rubber safety surfacing for playgrounds, schools, childcare centres and recreational facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Mix rubber granules and adhesive using industrial mixers
- Load 20–25kg bags of material into mixing equipment
- Transport mixed product using wheelbarrows
- Rake, spread and level rubber surfacing
- Assist with general site preparation and clean-up
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Essential Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20–25kg)
- White Card (essential)
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Previous construction, landscaping, labouring or civil experience highly regarded
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
