Global Medics AU is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Women's & Children's Division.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with high-quality medical talent while managing and growing your own desk. You will:
Take ownership of a hot desk within the Women's & Children's Division
Manage existing client accounts and candidate relationships
Source, screen, and place doctors into locum and permanent opportunities across Australia
Build strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new business
Negotiate placements, rates, and client agreements
Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Ensure compliance with industry standards and healthcare requirements
Collaborate with a high-performing team and share market insights
Stay informed on market trends and become a trusted specialist in your sector
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or professional services
Proven success in a 360 recruitment environment
Strong business development and account management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
A commercial mindset and results-driven approach
Resilience, initiative, and a passion for delivering outcomes
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Knowledge of medical recruitment and healthcare compliance is advantageous
