About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and well rounded Regional Manager to lead our cleaning operations across various locations around Sydney.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager - NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning teams at multiple locations, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring all cleaning services are delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on, motivated cleaning professional who takes pride in quality, leadership, and delivering exceptional service within a world class venue.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, motivate, and support cleanings teams at various sites across Sydney (approx. 1-10 staff at each site).

Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor completion to ensure service requirements are achieved.

Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain high presentation standards across the sites.

Provide coaching, training, and performance support to team members.

Respond promptly to operational issues and client requests.

Ensure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices.

Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals, and stock levels.

Work closely with clients to deliver outstanding service outcomes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives across cleaning operations.
What You'll Bring
-
Previous experience in a multi-site cleaning manager, or similar leadership role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required (this is a fulltime role which requires you to be able to work min 38 hours per week)

Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational challenges.

Experience within a large venue, hospitality, facilities management, or commercial cleaning environment is desirable.

Current Australian working rights.

Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

Current National Police Check and Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
