Store Manager
Hours of Work
Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Saturday 9am to 4pm - one off every 4 week cycle
We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Store Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day presentation and customer experience within our store.
Working closely with the owners, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is consistently presented to the highest standards and reflects our brand, expectations and values.
About the Role
As the customer-facing manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales within the store. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day customer experience and sales within the store
- Building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service
- Driving sales and identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Ensuring the store is presented to a high standard at all times
- Maintaining visual merchandising and overall store presentation
- Working closely with the owners to uphold our brand standards and expectations
- Ensuring the store is clean, organised and inviting
- Managing day-to-day store operations and addressing customer enquiries
- Taking ownership of the store's appearance and customer-facing operations
Stock management will be handled externally, allowing you to focus on what matters most in this role — customers, sales and creating a great-looking store environment.

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
