Located on the beautiful Mandurah Foreshore, VANTA QUAY offers a premium dining and bar experience featuring modern Australian, Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, quality wines and exceptional customer service.
As part of our opening team, you'll have the opportunity to help create memorable experiences for every guest from day one.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks professionally
- Prepare and serve beverages (Bartenders)
- Mix cocktails and maintain beverage quality (Bartenders)
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas
- Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods
- Provide guests with a friendly, welcoming and professional experience
- Follow all RSA and venue procedures
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, reliable and well-presented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Essential Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Approved Manager Card is highly regarded (and required for supervisory responsibilities)
- Full Australian working rights

Salary
Salary and hourly rates will be offered based on experience, skills and the position applied for. Pay rate indicated in this ad is minimum wage as per Fair work. Actual rates will be discussed directly with the suitable candidates before signing the employment contract.
