Material World is a 100% Australian-owned business supplying quality fabrics, blinds, curtains and haberdashery for over 25 years. We're hiring a Key Account Manager to own relationships with our trade and key accounts — designers, architects and builders.
What you'll do:
- Prospect new trade accounts and grow existing key account portfolios
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts and tender estimates
- Carry out on-site measures and trade quoting
- Coordinate orders, deliveries and pricing consistency
- Attend industry networking events and represent Material World in the trade
What we're after:
- Proven Key Account/Account Management experience
- Strong analytical and business planning skills
- Comfortable and accurate with on-site measuring
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in retail, textiles, interior design or building trades highly regarded
- Valid driver's licence; based on-site in Chatswood West, NSW
Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
