The Club's facilities include:- 280 gaming machines, 4 bars, TAB and Keno, billiards and pool tables, child care centre, bottleshop, 3 functions rooms, 180 seat restaurant, 160 seat deck and 100 seat cafe.

About the Role ...
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who have a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure the patrons have a pleasant experience at our venue from the time the enter the Club.
Club receptionist report to the Floor Managers, key responsibilities will include:

Excellent customer service

Answer phone calls

Cash Handling Skills

Customer Complaints – listen and call Floor Manager

Computer Data Entry

Membership sign up and enquires
-
Be aware of Clubs promotions and upcoming events

Bus bookings
-
Delivery of Patrons goods when required

Serving bottleshop patrons
-
Bookings – Now Book it
-
Restaurant bookings
-
Meet and Greet
-
Check and address dress code
-
Check and direct ID checks to reception
-
Assist patrons when needed
-
Assist with First Aid when required
This role has casual hours, with a weekly roster. Shifts range from morning starts to very late finishing times.
Must be available days, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
About you …
As someone with previous experience, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have relevant experience, skills and knowledge of the local area and required certificates.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in admin or reception roles

Current RSA and RSG statement of attainments

First Aid certificate

Must be eligible to gain a National Police Certificate for employment
