About the role
This is a flexible position, full-time or part-time depending on the candidate's needs, providing day-to-day support to the business owner across a diverse range of exciting, fast-growing businesses.
Your work will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with correspondence, emails, and document preparation
- Coordinating between multiple business activities and projects
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
About you
We would love to hear from you if you have previous professional experience as a Personal Assistant (essential).

- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- Is proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Takes pride in their work and cares about consistency

- Has a positive attitude and is willing to contribute to the team
