Yahweh Care is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable and professional female Disability Support Worker to provide individualised support to a participant located in Woronora Heights, NSW.

This position is specifically based in Woronora Heights.
We strongly prefer applicants who live in Woronora Heights or within approximately 10–15 minutes' travel of the suburb due to the nature and consistency of the required supports.
If you live substantially outside this area, please carefully consider the travel requirements before applying.
About the Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Female
- Preferably 30–40 years of age, where consistent with the participant's support preferences and applicable requirements
- Compassionate, patient, respectful and reliable
- Comfortable supporting a participant whose preferences include a Christian faith-based environment
- Qualified to work within the disability/NDIS sector
- Ideally has up to approximately one year of disability support experience
- Available to commence ASAP
- Able to initially provide approximately 12 hours of support per week
- Able to provide consistent and dependable support
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must have, or be able to provide as required:
- Relevant disability/community services qualification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Current Working With Children Check, where required
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Reliable own vehicle
- Appropriate comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Australian working rights
- Any other mandatory NDIS compliance documentation required for the role
Important
This vacancy is being recruited specifically for a participant in Woronora Heights NSW. Applicants living locally or within approximately 10–15 minutes' travel will be prioritised.

Pay: $34.44 – $57.07 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
