About the Role: Join the Division of Cancer & Ambulatory Support and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families affected by cancer. As the Clinical Nurse Consultant for Palliative and Cancer Supportive Care, you’ll provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of nurses, social workers and psychologists, delivering compassionate, person-centred care across hospital, outpatient and community settings. Working across the cancer journey—from diagnosis and treatment through to palliative and end-of-life care—you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality supportive care services and improving patient outcomes.
