ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take a leading role in managing the delivery of our packaged water treatment plants.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects through the engineering design and workshop manufacturing phases, ensuring all systems are built to specification, on time, and within budget before deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end management of packaged water treatment plant fabrication and assembly within the workshop environment.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering design, procurement, and workshop fabrication to maintain project schedules.

Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk for multiple concurrent packaged plant builds.

Oversee component procurement, sub-contractors, and internal fabrication teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Prepare and maintain essential project controls, including execution plans, manufacturing schedules, quality tracking, and project status reports.

Support, mentor, and guide project engineers and workshop assembly personnel.

Provide key inputs into the front-end tendering process, including constructability reviews, workshop capacity planning, and manufacturing execution strategies.
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, or Process Engineering (or related discipline).

Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering packaged water treatment plants or modular process skids (up to $10M in value).

Strong background coordinating engineering design reviews, workshop fabrication, and factory acceptance testing (FAT).

Demonstrated experience in contract, budget, and supply chain management.

High-level organisational skills, resource planning capabilities, and computer literacy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused leadership style.
