Commencing in January 2027, St Peters Lutheran College Springfield is seeking a passionate and experienced Secondary Teacher Physics and Mathematics. You will be joining a close-knit team of educators who excel in their chosen fields.

The role involves:

Using your exceptional skill to deliver engaging and exacting learning experiences in physics and mathematics for secondary students

A particular emphasis upon Senior (Years 11 and 12) education and encouraging a challenging learning environment, enabling their journey towards their potential

Possessing a strong background in Mathematics Methods would be a distinct advantage

Collaborating with a committed team who are driven by student wellbeing and future-focused learning
You will require:

Current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers

Demonstrated ability to teach Physics and Mathematics at a Senior Level

Comprehensive knowledge of applicable curriculum and senior assessment requirements and expectations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as part of your classroom management strategy

Be supportive of the wider School community including the Christian Ethos of the College
