About the role
Tendr Property Management is a growing landscaping company in Ascot. We're looking for a reliable, motivated assistant to work directly alongside our Head Foreman on residential and commercial sites across Brisbane. You'll learn the trade hands-on, work outdoors every day, and be part of a close team. No formal qualifications needed — we'll train you.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Foreman: day-to-day site prep, planting, turf laying, paving and retaining walls
- Driving and logistics: driving the team ute/truck, collecting materials from suppliers, moving gear between sites
- Site management: loading and unloading tools, mixing materials, keeping the site safe and tidy
- Tool operation: learning to safely use landscaping hand tools and machinery
Physical requirements of the role
This is outdoor manual work. To perform the role safely you'll need to be able to:
- Lift and carry up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the day
- Stand, bend, kneel and dig for extended periods
- Work outdoors in Queensland heat, sun and occasional rain
- Work from a standard start time of [7:00 am], Monday to Friday

What we're looking for
- Valid driver's licence — essential, you'll be driving company vehicles
- Reliable and punctual — you show up on time and ready to work
- Keen to learn — takes direction well, asks questions, wants to build a career in landscaping
- Experience: no formal qualification required. Previous manual labour, landscaping or trade experience is a bonus but not essential.
