The Role

Whether leading a section or supporting the floor, your focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork and attention to detail will help create exceptional experiences every day.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality service role
- Strong understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Experience in hatted or premium dining venues is highly regarded
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- A collaborative team player with a desire to learn and develop
- Availability across breakfast, lunch and dinner service periods
- Knowledge of French wine highly regarded but not required
